From silky flat whites to clean, aromatic pour-overs, we brew coffee that tastes like its origin. Our team dials in daily for sweetness and balance, adjusting grind and recipe as the beans evolve. Prefer a gentler cup? Try our hand-brewed filter. Cutting back on caffeine? Our decaf is roasted for flavour first.

Dialled daily for a syrupy body and a clean finish. Expect chocolate, caramel or stone-fruit notes depending on the current roast.

Filter

Brewed to order using V60 or Chemex for a cleaner, more delicate cup. We rotate single-origin coffees by season and brew with precise water temperature and ratio. Ask our barista for today’s origin and tasting notes.
